Community Fundraising Initiatives

SRNNA’s Somali charity fundraising events in Canada are energetic and community-powered. These initiatives include charity car washes, lemonade stand drives, community BBQs, and other grassroots efforts that bring families, youth, and donors together. Music, snacks, and friendly interaction create a lively atmosphere while raising funds for food assistance, education, and emergency relief in Somalia. Canada–Somali Independence Day Celebration

One of the largest and most vibrant Somali cultural events in Canada, the Canada–Somali Independence Day Celebration brings together families, youth, artists, and community leaders. The event features music, traditional dance, poetry, cultural showcases, Somali food vendors, and family-friendly activities.
